Castle Rock Indecent Exposure Lawyer: Man Exposes Himself in Front of Store

According to the news, a man faces charges of Indecent Exposure, C.R.S. 18-7-302, after he allegedly exposed himself in front of a store. Apparently, the man claimed he had “bugs in his pants”, so he had to reach down into his pants to get them to go away. Police were called to the scene when a woman reported the man was near her vehicle exposing himself. Another witness allegedly saw him exposing himself as well.
